Once you've created your event types and added availability times, it's time to direct people toward booking appointments with you. Calendly provides two solutions for doing this: sharing a scheduling link or embedding it onto your website.

Both options can be found under Account Settings' drop-down menu of "Event Types" or "Share." Each provides options such as making the link single use only or previewing availability, adding times via email notifications or sharing on social media platforms.

Your calendar provides you with the ability to set your availability as unavailable for events on certain days, which is great if you are traveling or simply don't wish to receive meeting requests during these dates.

Team members with access can also make requests without receiving meeting requests during these dates; you may even adjust priority levels of individual team members in order to control who receives events at specific time slots.

Allowing customers to book an appointment with multiple team members at once is a useful feature, particularly for businesses offering diverse expertise or services - for instance a car showroom may use this feature so customers can schedule test drives with sales reps.

Add additional fields to the scheduling process by gathering more information, such as who is making the request or their company.

This allows you to send out personalized invitations and start conversations off on a positive note. Furthermore, this data could even be integrated with other tools or platforms used for scheduling purposes allowing you to automate this entire process.

Add a link to your calendar so that others can book meetings with you without access to Calendly. When they click your link, they'll be taken directly to a page showing availability based on events you have in Calendly.

On your scheduling page, you have the option of showing only certain dates you are available on a calendar view.

This feature can help people schedule meetings with you without seeing all your availability at once; simply choose an event type from the drop-down menu that will block out dates that don't suit for the meeting type you select.

Other than the main features listed above, your account page also allows for many other settings that you can adjust. To find these click on the Settings tab.

In addition to changing your password and email address, you can also choose what calendar(s) Calendly should sync with, helping ensure accuracy across calendars. Using Stripe or PayPal integration you can accept payments for events hosted with Calendly calendar.

Utilizing Calendly links in your email signature can save time and reduce back-and-forth emails when scheduling meetings with others. But use it sparingly; scheduling via Calendly might come off as impersonal to some.

A better solution might be providing Calendly as an option for those who prefer scheduling meetings the traditional way.

If you want to use your Calendly account to accept payments for consulting or training services, enable the payment feature. This will allow you to accept PayPal or Stripe payments but refunds must still be handled manually.

Calendly provides several embed options, but does not provide the traditional iframe code used by many websites.

Instead, Squarespace's Custom Code Block makes it possible to embed calendars on pages where you want them by selecting Edit on your site page where the calendar needs to go and pasting in its custom code into that block.

To embed your calendar on your website, navigate to the Calendar page of your Calendly account and choose one of three scheduling options - inline, popup widget or popup text.

Customize colors for each option as well as button text if desired and hide event details so guests aren't taken directly to a Calendly page when clicking your embedded link.Create a personalized Calendly URL to direct invitees directly to their desired calendar view.

It will appear under "Share Your Link" on Calendar pages, allowing you to copy it and paste into other online tools - for instance email campaigns can use this as a personalized link leading them directly to it.
